Welcome to the Cloverdale Library Club! Join us on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM as we discuss a different contemporary novel or work of nonfiction.

This month we will be discussing Homeland Elegies, by Ayad Akhtar. "A deeply personal work about identity and belonging in a nation coming apart at the seams, Homeland Elegies blends fact and fiction to tell an epic story of longing and dispossession in the world that 9/11 made. Part family drama, part social essay, part picaresque novel, at its heart it is the story of a father, a son, and the country they both call home"-- Provided by publisher.

Register online or in person at the library's front desk. You should receive an email confirming your participation and another email closer to the event with a link if you choose to join us virtually.

Copies of the book will be available in the branch about a month before the discussion date. Feel free to call the library at 707-894-5271 if you have any questions.
