Let's Talk About...

A Series of Health Conversations offered from By the Bay Health pertaining to important and difficult topics about health care and planning.

Series 1 - The Truth About Hospice

This is a hybrid event. Attendees may choose to view at home via Zoom or come to the Sonoma Valley Regional Library Forum Room. Please register at sonomalibrary.org to receive a Zoom link to the event. Limited in-person seating is available. Registration is required.

Series 2 – Advance Health Care Directive - date to be determined

Series 3 – P.O.L.S.T (Portable Medical Orders) - date to be determined
