Stress is proven to deplete the body’s natural resources and diminishes our natural ability to fight disease. In contrast, deep levels of rest through meditation can offer rejuvenating effects on the body, mind, and spirit. Join Lorraine Alexander in a three part series to learn and practice meditation techniques using DASA methodologies.
