Program Description

Details

We are excited to have a new series of events/challenges for 2025!

February 8th – We celebrate the Lunar Year of the Wood Snake (please note this will be a snake free event).

March 8th – Greek American Heritage Month is a special time to celebrate Greek Americans’ vibrant culture and significant contributions. Whether it’s your first time trying your hand at moussaka or you’re an expert at making spanakopita we are excited to see what you will create.

April 12th – Join us as we celebrate "the the patron saint of beginner cooks and the queen of comfort cooking" with all things Ina (Garten).

May 10th – Belated Cinco de Mayo celebration. While it is not widely celebrated in Mexico, in the United States, Cinco de Mayo has become an observance of Mexican culture and heritage, specifically in regions with large populations of Mexican-Americans and a wonderful excuse to explore Mexican cuisine.

We have learned so much in our first year and hope to create a more seamless experience by providing more flexibility for participants.

Please contact Kate @ Sonoma Valley Library for more information.
