A Series of Health Conversations offered from By the Bay Health pertaining to important and difficult topics about health care and planning.

Series 1 - The Truth About Hospice

This is a hybrid event. Attendees may choose to view at home via Zoom or come to the Sonoma Valley Regional Library Forum Room. Please register at sonomalibrary.org to receive a Zoom link to the event. Limited in-person seating is available. Registration is required.
