Details
Learn sewing basics: from how to use a machine, thread a needle, and simple quilting. We welcome everybody who wants to learn sewing skills, make new friends, and create. Our community partner, The Santa Rosa Quilt Guild will provide all materials -- fabric, thread, sewing machines, needles, etc. and their expertise -- for free!
In this series you will make a tote bag, a pillowcase, a pot holder, and more as time and materials allow. If you have a sewing machine, we encourage you to bring it to the class (with all attachments, pedals, manuals etc.) but it is not necessary or required to have a machine to participate. Drop-Ins are welcome!
