MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC PRESENT: Randall Neff

PUBLIC COMMENTS: None

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE PRIOR MEETINGS (2): Approved as presented.

LIBRARY DIRECTOR’S REPORT: The BiblioBus is in heavy use visiting unincorporated areas.  There are new library maps ad stickers to help promote the libraries. 

LIBRARY COMMISSIONER'S REPORT: None

BRANCH MANAGER'S REPORT: More e-books have been added to the collection.

FRIENDS OF THE WINDSOR LIBRARY REPORT: Fowl participated in the parade; the format will change next year.  The book cart is still making about $350/week. FoWL is sponsoring a Christmas Tree on the green. 

DISCUSSION ITEMS: Connie reported that the survey went well (see results summary).  Should we do it again next year at another location?  The biggest requests were for ESL classes and a Spanish language conversation circle.  We need to get information on what the library has available to these locations. We can discuss other outreach opportunities at the next meeting. For the All LAB meeting, we should discuss the role of the LAB and recruiting.
