Join Toriano Gordon—author of Vegan Mob: Vegan BBQ and Soul Food - A Plant-Based Cookbook and chef/owner of Vegan Mob—for a cooking demo! Gordon will walk you through his plant-based, vegan, and gluten-free gumbo recipe, then taste it for yourself.
