Inspired by Johann Hari's Stolen Focus: Why You Can’t Pay Attention - and How to Think Deeply Again, facilitator Laura Hagar Rush will host 3 one-hour sessions at the Sebastopol Library where people come together to discuss solutions to reclaiming our focus and then read silently for 45 minutes in a phone-free environment. Public library copies of Hari’s book will be made available for participants to borrow with the library card.
