Sonoma Valley Back to School Health Fair's mission is to provide K-12 students, parents, and the community a healthy & prepared start to the school year.

Presented by Sonoma Valley Community Health Center and Sonoma Valley Unified School District in partnership with local organizations. 4Cs Sonoma County, Sonoma Ecology Center, Sonoma Valley Hospital, RISK Sonoma, Boys & Girls Clubs of Sonoma Valley, La Luz, Sonoma Community Center, Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance, and F.I.S.H of Sonoma Valley.
