Visit Sebastopol Library for Social Service Day, where organizations come to you in one place to better support community needs. The following organizations are scheduled to table at September 26's event, from 1:30 - 3pm:
- Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County
- helping low income person(s) achieve economic / social stability
- West County Health Center
- providing comprehensive, quality, accessible health care services
- Matrix Parent Network
- empowering families of children w/ special needs to access systems that serve them
- West County Community Services
- housing help (bilingual)
- Redwood Empire Food Bank
- calfresh / ebt sign ups
- Legal Aid of Sonoma County - Immigration Services
- providing an avenue for undocumented youth who cannot be reunified with one or both parents due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment to obtain lawful permanent residency
