Learn how to use colorful squash blossoms—flor de calabaza—to add delicate flavor to a traditional Mexican dish. Recommended for ages 13 and up!

Salome Arenas-Ramirez has been cooking Traditional Mexican food for 58 years, her recipes date back to pre-revolution times in Oaxaca Mexico, and she believes tradition can be passed on to any generation willing to learn. Her son (Stand up Comedian) Juan Carlos, helps translate and guide you to a fun class!
