Set during the dark days of WWII, Henry Michalski describes the heart wrenching narrative of his parent’s survival. In epic cinematic scenes, the reader is transported to the vast regions of Siberia and Kazakhstan in Central Asia.
About the Author: Henry was born in Kazakhstan in 1945. As a toddler, he lived in a Displaced Person’s (DP) Camp in Germany until he arrived at Ellis Island with his parents in 1949. He is an award-winning educator and a freelance journalist.
