Sit & Stitch

We will have a project for beginners:  For July, you can learn to crochet or knit a rectangle and make a bag, then felt it to finish it. The felting will hide any mistakes that you make. 

We also invite you to bring your knitting, crocheting, & sewing into the library and to sit and chat with others. Enjoy seeing what people are working on, and get ideas for what you might want to make or learn in the future. We will have some knitting, crocheting, & sewing” books for you to view and check-out. You may bring your portable sewing machine, as needed. 

Drop in anytime between 3:30 pm and 5 pm. 

Tendremos un proyecto para principiantes: En junio, puedes aprender a tejer a crochet o a tejer un bolsa y luego fieltrarlo para terminarlo. El fieltrado disimulará cualquier error que cometas.

Te invitamos a que traigas tu tejido a palito, a crochet, y de coser a la biblioteca para que te sientes y converses con otros. Disfruta viendo a otros trabajando en su proyecto, y puedas obtener ideas sobre lo que podrías hacer o aprender en el futuro. También tendremos algunos libros de tejido a palitos, crochet, y de coser para que los veas y los prestes. Ud. puede traer su máquina de coser portátil.
