PRESENT: Mike Neely, “D” Graner, Connie Ochoa, Phil Hoeft 

DETERMINE BOOKS TO BE PURCHASED WITH LAB OUTREACH FUNDS: Discussed options and decided Connie will purchase books from a list, with suggestions from library staff.

IDENTIFY DATES AND EVENTS TO PROVIDE OUTREACH: Discussed possible events and decided to start with Windsor Park Apartments, a low income residential complex in Windsor.

CREATE QUESTIONNAIRE TO BE USED AT OUTREACH EVENTS: Connie has drafted a questionnaire. Once finalized and translated into Spanish, it will be put out at Windsor Park Apartments. When residents turn in a completed questionnaire, they will receive a free book and a Friends of the Windsor Library book bag.
