Maintain and regain mobility in this gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair. Gentle strengthening and stretching will be accompanied by breathwork and mindful movement.

On a quarterly basis, Sebastopol Regional Library will host Social Service Day, where local organizations with public service missions will table in the forum room to support community needs.

Come to Game On for Tweens! The Tween Computer Lounge is a place for Tweens to play Nintendo Switch games, or to use a computer to play Roblox and other popular computer games. 

Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish.

Children build confidence in their reading skills by reading aloud in a safe space.

What is a digital story? A digital story is a narrated slideshow or movie that you voice over with your own personal story or poem.

Print Copies will be available in the branch a month before the discussion. Please call or email the Library with any questions.

This free, public educational event will highlight practical, local options that help older adults live safely and independently at home.
