This event is for beginning readers. 

Decorate a sugar skull in celebration of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with Elsa Tapia. For kids in grades K-6. Register to save your spot and receive a reminder email.

When you register and arrive at the library for the Spanish First Chapter Book Club, Librarian Serena will have copies of the book we will read and a snack. Children can read aloud, read along, or just listen and enjoy.

¡Listo a Leer! ! is a series of six workshops in Spanish designed to develop literacy skills for families with children ages 2-5.

Learn to knit basic stitches to make fun and useful projects.

Needles and yarn are supplied. Sessions include a simple pattern for you to keep and practice on.
