Welcome to our Read to a Dog Program at the Sonoma Valley Library!

This event is for beginning readers. 

Game On! At the Guerneville Library is a weekly video game club on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 PM. Join other teens to play games available for checkout through the library and playable on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox. 

Come hang out at the library after school - work on homework, spend time with friends, and play videogames on the big screen. We'll provide tables and chairs, office supplies, games, and laptops. Grades 7-12.

This course presents the current American Heart Association, American Red Cross, and National Standard for adult, child, and infant CPR and choking, as well as AED use. 

Join us for Bilingual Stories in English and Spanish for children ages 0-5.

Meet with others to discuss books centering disability voices! Copies of each month’s books are available at the Sonoma County Library Catalog.

Meet with a tech savvy staff member to ask your tech questions. This is your opportunity to find answers and learn about a wide variety of things, like how to download library eBooks or watch movies on your tablet and more.  

Get help with basic computer skills and troubleshooting.

Get assistance from experienced Sonoma County Genealogical Society volunteers every Wednesday and Friday, 1 PM - 3 PM. 

Calling all Forestville families! Join the Guerneville Children's Librarian on the second Saturday of the month for a storytime with songs, rhymes, and simple games.

Don't be late for this very important date! Join the Children's Librarian for a peek into the workings of Wonderland and a morning of stories, games, croquet, tea and refreshments! Ages 0-12 years.

February 8th – We celebrate the Lunar Year of the Wood Snake (please note this will be a snake free event). 

The passion and fire of Spain hits the stage at your local library with Sol Flamenco.

Learn how to find the information you need online. We will practice the use of search engines and visiting websites.

Get started recording a song, podcast, or story using GarageBand. Learn the basics of how to use the hardware and software in the sound studio. 

Advanced registration required. Maximum of 3 participants.

Get help with basic computer skills and troubleshooting.

Stop by and learn the basics of how to check out and use the camera library, how to operate a Canon T7i DSLR, camera, or just ask any questions you have about audio and video.

Artful Play sparks curiosity and encourages problem solving through art. With an emphasis on creativity, Artful Play offers a fun, enriching experience, led by a Sonoma Art School instructor. For grades K-6. Please register to save a spot.

Read, sing, play, move and learn! Open to all families with toddlers 18-36 months. Registration is not required, but feel free to register to receive an email reminder before each session.
