Beginning Readers Welcome!

Practice reading with a 4PAWS certified therapy dog to improve reading skills and confidence.

Do you want to volunteer at the library? Every Thursday we offer weekly volunteer hours from 3:45pm-5:30pm, where teen volunteers assist with library programs. Come and earn one or more hours of volunteer service! 

Kids and teens fostering a love of reading—together!

Book Buddies is a reading program that pairs students in grades TK-3 with a teen buddy to read together. Children may read in any language they’d prefer. 

Join us for a fun family storytime. Not-too-Spooky Halloween books, music, and movement! Baby - Preschool (Ages 0-5)

Come and read aloud to the dogs of the Humane Society of Sonoma County. These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories! Children build confidence in their reading skills by reading aloud in a safe space. 

Stop by and learn the basics of how to check out and use the camera library, how to operate a Canon T7i DSLR, camera, or just ask any questions you have about audio and video.

Ask questions, get tips, learn something new!

Join fellow players to enjoy the great game of chess.

Practice reading aloud with one of the sweet dogs from Paws as Loving Support (PALS). Young readers will sign up for a reading time during the hour that our dog team is here.

Volunteering at the library is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the work environment, support a worthwhile cause, or fulfill community service requirements.

Drop by after school to study, play games, or just hang out. Laptops and board games will be available to use. For Grades 7-12.

Monthly meetup on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:00-7:30 PM 

Sonoma County Zine Club is a collaborative space to create and share zines in community.

Families and teachers, please join us online for a special book reading with children's author Kevin Noble Maillard.

Join us at the Rohnert Park-Cotati Library for Babytime! We'll read, sing, bounce, tickle, and play music.

Babytime is from 10:30-11:00am - Stay and Play from 11:00-11:30!

Play games, hang out, eat snacks, and have fun! Join other teens to play games on the Nintendo Switch.

Join us at Sebastopol Library 1st & 3rd Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30pm to sew in community. 

Join us for Baby & Toddler Storytime! We will have stories, songs, movement, and fun!
