We offer Homework Help to students in grades K-12 on Tuesdays from 3:30PM -5:30PM at the library. 

BABYTIME

Join us at Petaluma Regional Library for Babytime! We'll read, sing, bounce, tickle, and play music. This program is intended for babies and their caregivers.

Make a circus poster! Submit entries to the Sonoma County Fair for a chance to win fair tickets and other prizes.

Join us on the 5th Tuesday of the month at 4pm for a French storytime filled with stories, songs, and more!

Join your local librarian in singing, reading, and playing together to build early literacy skills and a joy of reading. 

Join the Children's Librarian and community families in the forum room for stories, rhymes, songs, games and simple crafts. Be prepared to wiggle, learn and have fun!

Learn the ancient Asian exercise form to promote balance, relaxation, motion, health, harmony, stability, and inner power.

APRIL Let’s Talk English Conversation Classes on WEDNESDAYS 11:00 – 12:30 pm 

First Class Meets: April 2, 2025 at 11:00 AM Pacific Time (US and Canada) 

Get assistance from experienced Sonoma County Genealogical Society volunteers every Wednesday and Friday, 1 PM - 3 PM. 

Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish.

Children build confidence in their reading skills by reading aloud in a safe space.

Come hang out at the library afterschool!  Work on homework, socialize with friends, do arts and crafts and more. We'll provide tables and chairs, office supplies, some board games, and basic arts and crafts supplies.

Join us as we watch and discuss anime while enjoying a cup of hot ramen noodles. 

Read to a Dog

Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish. 

Drop by the After School Hang Out to study, play games, or just chill with your peers! Laptops and board games will be available to use. For Grades 6-12.

Create your own bedazzled tote bag! Space is limited; registration encouraged. All materials provided.

Book Buddies is for kids in grades K-3 and takes place at the Healdsburg Elementary School Library Learning Commons. 

Session 1: 3PM-3:30PM
Session 2: 3:45PM-4:15PM

Inspiring artist Amanda Ayala presents this inclusive art workshop for all ages and abilities. Express yourself through color, paint and paper to create fantastic collages in celebration of Day of the Child! Call us to register.
