Welcome to our Read to a Dog Program

Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish. 

Learn how to identify animals by their scat (poop)! Create a scat model for your favorite animal using common household materials. Grades K-6

Join us to discuss children's manga, eat snacks, and do an activity!

Pick up a copy of this month's selection while supplies last at the children's desk.

For ages 8-12

Play chess at the Northwest Library Teen Chess Club. 

All level of players are welcome. 

Learn how to play, improve memory and concentration or practice logical thinking skills. 

Join us for Anime Club! Meet other teens who enjoy watching anime and discussing manga. Participants will decide as a group which anime titles to watch.

Teen Knitting Club (Grades 7-12)

Wednesdays, 4-5:30pm

Practice English or Spanish and help other learners in a friendly atmosphere.

Beginners welcome.

This event will be in Room 4 of the Healdsburg Community Center.

Get started recording a song, podcast or story using GarageBand. Learn the basics of how to use the hardware and software in the sound studio.
