Join us at Sebastopol Regional Library for Baby Time! We'll read, sing, bounce, tickle, and play music. This program is intended for babies and their caregivers.

Please note: This program is taking place indoors and there will be an air filter present. While masks are recommended, library policy states: regardless of vaccination status, patrons are no longer required to wear facial coverings while visiting the library. The presenter is vaccinated. Please make the best choice for you and your family.

Read, sing, play, move and learn in Spanish and English! Open to all families with children 0-6 years old. Registration is not required, but feel free to register to receive an email reminder before each session. 

Discover the diverse world of insects (and other arthropods) and how they play a key role in the web of life. Advance registration required.

Sonoma County Library is pleased to host "Lawyers in the Library," a program providing free legal information and referrals.

Local attorneys will offer free legal information and referral for matters of civil and employment law only. These lawyer consultations will last up to 20 minutes. 

Local nonprofit Better Beginnings for Babies will host these dynamic community circles supporting infant feeding and the postpartum journey. Everyone gets a chance to share. Facilitated by lactation specialists or consultants. No fee.

Join us in the Children's Garden in front of the Petaluma Regional Library for the final event in this summer garden series for kids, presented by Sonoma County Master Gardeners, Butterfly Muddlers:  butterflies like mud, let's make a "muddler"!

This program is free and supplies are included.  There is no registration and space/supplies will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

CalFresh is a nutrition assistance program that helps individuals and families buy healthy foods. CalFresh benefits are issued on an EBT card that you can use at most grocery stores or farmers' markets.

This event takes place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month.

Delve into a dungeon with up to 6 other teenage heroes in a weekly game of D&D Adventurers League for Teens at the Guerneville Library (grades 7-12). Tabletop roleplaying games (TTRPGs) empower students to be creative and solve problems as a team. 

Joining in a pick-up game (PUG) facilitates meeting new people and making new friends. D&D is for everyone and supports the public library's goal of providing inclusive programming. Having fun at the library is a priority for teens, and this is a game that encourages reading, imagination, and strategy.

Meet with other teens to discuss books centering LGBTQ+ voices!  Meetings are in person, at the Northwest Library (the one by Coddingtown Mall), every 4^th Tuesday of the month, from 4:30pm-5:30pm.  Print copies of that month’s book are available for checkout at Northwest a month before discussion.  Snacks will be provided!

Northwest Library’s fiber arts club, "The Yarn Experience", returns with Summer Sessions!  Throughout the rest of June, July, and August, we will continue offering parallel sessions every Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm and every Thursday 11:00am-12:00pm. The Summer Sessions of The Yarn Experience will be less structured than our Fall and Spring sessions. Instead of providing participants with different project kits each month, folks are encouraged to get creative!
