Lion Dancing! with the Sonoma Vietnamese Association
Watch the Sonoma Vietnamese Association Lion Dance Team as they welcome the Lunar New Year. In Vietnam, lion dancing combines martial arts with folk dancing in order to mimic the animal’s movements.
Catch-a-beat during this fun-filled interactive program that shares music, dance, culture, and stories. Led by Tina Rogers. This is an inclusive program for children of all abilities. Recommended for ages 4 and up.

Read to a Dog
Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish.
Come and read aloud to the dogs of the Humane Society of Sonoma County. These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories! Children build confidence in their reading skills by reading aloud in a safe space.

Join illustrator Merisha Sequoia Clark as she reads, The Cloud Artist, explains the process of illustration, and shares Choctaw history. Kids will have the opportunity to ask questions and create a cloud craft.
