Come hang out at the library afterschool! Work on homework, socialize with friends, do arts and crafts and more. We'll provide tables and chairs, office supplies, some board games, and basic arts and crafts supplies.
Children 8 years old and younger must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or childcare provider.

Book Buddies is for kids in grades K-3 and takes place at the Healdsburg Elementary School Library Learning Commons.
Session 1: 3PM-3:30PM

Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish.
Dissect mushrooms and learn about the anatomy! Once you’ve examined all the parts, make your own mushroom mini-scene using wooden mushrooms and other materials. For grades K-6.
Advance registration encouraged, but not required, in order to receive an email reminder about the event. Walk-ins welcome!

Become a published author! In this virtual event, led by author Natasha Yim, attendees will learn descriptive writing techniques, including the use of similes, metaphors, and alliteration.
Join us each Wednesday from 6-7:30 to sew in community.
We have sewing machines for you to use as well as volunteers to assist and support you in your endeavors.
