Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish.

Children build confidence in their reading skills by reading aloud in a safe space.

Drop by the After School Hang Out to study, play games, or just chill with your peers! Laptops and board games will be available to use. For Grades 6-12.

Drop in from 2:30-4:30 on Wednesdays and play games with other teens. Options include Pokemon Trading Card Game, chess, Exploding Kittens, Uno, Connect 4, Organ Attack, Wordle Party Game, Scrabble, Nintendo Switch, Xbox and more. Free snacks!

Teen Knitting Club (Grades 7-12)

Wednesdays, 4-5:30pm

Do you need volunteer hours? Every Wednesday we offer a weekly drop-in volunteer hour from 4:30pm-5:30pm, where teen volunteers can assist with various library tasks. 

All teens must attend a volunteer orientation before they can volunteer at Petaluma library. This particular volunteer orientation will include information about volunteering at the comics convention, LumaCon!, in the Lucchesi Center.

Watch the highest grossing film of 2023, a comedy about a famous doll who loves the color pink. The movie is rated PG-13. Enjoy with free popcorn and hot chocolate.

The Sebastopol Library Advisory Board has regular meetings on the last Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November. These meetings shall be held in the Sebastopol Public Library Forum Room.

Connect with other videographers, photographers, podcasters, designers, sound artists, and others who are making media or are curious about making media.

The last Wednesday of every month from 6-7pm.

Join us each Wednesday from 6-7:30 to sew in community.  

We have sewing machines for you to use as well as volunteers to assist and support you in your endeavors.
