We'll read, sing, bounce, tickle, and play music.

This program is intended for babies, ages 0 to 18 months, and their caregivers.

Bring a blanket and join your local librarian in singing, reading, and playing together to build early literacy skills and a joy of reading. 

We meet near the stage in Ives Park.

Read to a Dog

Come and read out loud to the dogs of PALS (Paws as Loving Support). These well-trained dogs love to listen to stories in English and Spanish. 

Drop by the After School Hang Out to study, play games, or just chill with your peers! Laptops and board games will be available to use. For Grades 6-12.

Drop in from 2:30-4:30 on Wednesdays and play games with other teens. Options include Pokemon Trading Card Game, chess, Exploding Kittens, Uno, Connect 4, Organ Attack, Wordle Party Game, Scrabble, Nintendo Switch, Xbox and more. Free snacks!

Hangout Club: Game On (for Teens and Tweens)

Drop in between 2:30-4pm every 1st Wednesday of the month for gaming.

Teen Knitting Club (Grades 7-12)

Learn about light, shape, and value in a step-by-step tutorial to create a landscape charcoal study.

During a disaster, every second matters and being prepared can make all the difference.

Learn how to knit or crochet with experts from Healdsburg's Purls of Joy co-op! Make new friends, share some snacks, and learn some handy skills in a fun, judgment-free environment.

Do you have questions about basic computer skills, digital library resources, email, internet basics, basic computer troubleshooting, or other technology-related issues?  Come to Northwest and a library staff member will assist you!

The Rohnert Park – Cotati Library will start hosting regular library commission meetings in the Armando Flores Room. The Sonoma County Library Commission is an 11-person body responsible for governing the library.

Make the most out of Microsoft’s Word and PowerPoint. Find out the functions and benefits of each program and how to use them in your daily life.

Join us each Wednesday from 6-7:30 to sew in community.  

We have sewing machines for you to use as well as volunteers to assist and support you in your endeavors.

Join scholarships advisor Becca Lippman for 3 interactive workshops that teach students and parents how to embrace the fact that scholarships exist for everyone, regardless of academic merit or personal background.
