2.    PUBLIC COMMENTS

None.

3.    ACTION ITEMS

      3.1    APPROVE NEW BYLAWS

The LAB discussed and approved the changes to membership, meeting schedule, quorum, annual election of officers, and the role of LAB Secretary. 

      3.2    SET NEW MEETING SCHEDULE

The LAB set the regular meeting schedule as the second Tuesday of the month at 4 PM, bi-monthly, beginning in January (January, March, May, July, September, and November). The LAB discussed the annual calendar, and topics. January outreach calendar for the whole year; May election. Meetings set to Second Tuesdays at 4 PM.

4.   MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENTS

Maes provided the group with an update on the Modernization Project, scheduled to begin January 6, 2025.

Hoeft announced staffing changes.
