The Central Santa Rosa Library is happy to say that we are now able to have Teen Volunteers again! As part of the library's procedures, all volunteers must complete a basic orientation before they can start and to help expedite this process, we are planning to have a group orientation for this following Thursday, 4/21 from 4-5pm. As part of this orientation, we will make sure everyone has signed forms, go over how communication with staff will work, outline possible volunteer tasks, schedule signups for future 1-hour shifts, and tour the public areas of the building.

We have attached the two most important forms that we need signed by interested volunteers and their legal guardian. If you are able to, please print these and have them signed when you arrive for the orientation. Otherwise, we will have extra copies available when you arrive, though your legal guardian will need to stay for a few minutes and make sure to sign the forms before leaving.

If you are not able to it make for the group orientation next Thursday, we will schedule one-on-one orientations as well, though that might take a bit longer due to staff availability. To schedule a one-on-one volunteer orientation, please email cent_curbside@sonomalibrary.org stating your interest in volunteering and include your name and contact information.
