Details
The South Park Summer Day & Night Festival is youth-led event designed to bring neighborhood residents together to strengthen the community, provide opportunities for healthy eating, increase physical activity, connect to resources, and promote safety & better communication. As a service learning project the festival allows youth the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the event: planning, organizing, carrying out and evaluating.
Community Action changes people’s lives, embodies the spirit of hope, improves communities, and makes America a better place to live. We care about the entire community, and we are dedicated to helping people help themselves and each other.
