Program Description

Details

Celebrate National Poetry Month by creating your own reduction poetry at Cloverdale Library!

Reduction or blackout poetry is a fun and easy way to create a poem by using a marker to blackout most of the text on a book page, leaving chosen words behind. When read in a sequence, the remaining words create a poem.

No experience necessary and all materials provided!
