Session 2: Make your very own DIY stress ball and play some mindfulness games.

The Mindful Maker Program provides children grades 3-8 with opportunities to make tools that promote mindfulness and learn a variety of stress management strategies in a fun and social way. Event attendees leave with a completed mindfulness craft that will help them continue practicing the mindfulness strategies they learned. 

*Please plan on arriving on time to check in. "No show" spots will be offered to other patrons.*
