In partnership with Senior Advocacy Services Medicare Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) and the California Department of Aging.
HICAP provides free and unbiased Medicare information & counseling so you can make informed decisions. HICAP does not sell anything and is the only source authorized by the CA Dept. of Aging to provide Medicare education.
