LumaCon 2023 is back in person again at Lucchesi Center! Take some time to explore our website www.lumacon.net for all the fun.
What we have planned:
Contests:
- Cosplay as your favorite character. (Join us for Creation Station Jan. 21st to work on your cosplay!)
- Write a short (100 word) fanfiction or story AKA a drabble
- Join our readathon and complete the challenge to win this year's collectible logo pin!
Crafts:
Our wonderful children’s librarians are providing you the materials to make all of the fun crafts from previous years, including masks, capes, magnets, and shields.
There will be a session of Sword Making with Christopher Melville from 11-12.
All crafting supplies are limited, first come, first served.
Panel/Drop-in Activities:
10:30 -11:30 AM Art and Community: Local artists come together to talk about the power art can have in bringing a community together.
1-4 PM Stop Motion: Drop in to learn about stop-motion technology and create your own.
2-4 Dungeons and Dragons/Magic the Gathering: Come with your friends and game or join one of the games in session.
Drawing:
As always we will have a drop-in space for you to create your own masterpieces.
