Join the North Bay Chapter of the Pink Boots Society for The Future is Fermented, a series of talks from women and nonbinary folks in the fermented beverage industry. This evening, the topic is "Burnout in a Passion-based Industry." We will hear from folks who work in all positions in beer, wine, cider, distilling, mead, etc. share their stories on work-life balance in a passion-based industry.
