Details

Chair yoga is an accessible form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance.

Please join certified yoga instructor Gail Gaskins for a gentle form of yoga suitable for all abilities. Chair yoga is perfect for seniors, people with limited mobility, or anyone who would like to try yoga.

There will be no floor work or inversions. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move and in and comfortable shoes.
