This beginner-friendly yoga class focuses on slow, mindful movements, gentle stretches and deep breathing to help you unwind and find inner calm. Variations and options available for all levels and abilities. Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed and centered.
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We will have a few on hand for people to use.
Please dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes.
