Art Show Reception: Meet Artist Green Greenwald

Meet artist Green Greenwald, whose paintings entitled, Small Spaces, is displayed at the Sebastopol Regional Library from January 30 to March 16, 2024. Enjoy refreshments, art, and conversation.

Artist Statement: 

"I’m fascinated with small places in nature. What goes on behind the those rocks, underneath those branches, concealed by those flowers, hidden by that foliage?  Who might live there, whose home is this? Those questions cross my mind as I dwell on the color and composition of the small place I’m working on. I’m trying to make that place larger so you can see it too and maybe wonder about it also."
