Enjoy exploring our latest StoryWalk at newly updated Helen Putnam Regional Park and bring your child on a journey of self-discovery!
Sonoma County Regional Parks and Sonoma County Library join forces to provide your family unique and interactive story time in nature. StoryWalks combine the physical benefits of walking outdoors and the educational benefits of reading for children and adults alike. For the November 5th Community Celebration, attendees will read Call Me Tree/Llamame Árbol and enjoy an activity at the end of every page as we meander along the trail with bilingual guides. After the story, join us at the craft table for a fun art project! Stay or come back soon to explore Helen Putnam Regional Park’s grassy hillsides, oak woodlands and panoramic views. A variety of trail difficulties, gazebo picnic area and accessible playground await you among many other updates throughout this hidden gem. No registration required.
